Course overview
Burnout and employee turnover are major concerns within the current climate of health care. The question is, what are the leading causes of burn-out and employee turnover within the health care system? This course will answer that very question while providing insight into the personal and professional complications associated with burn-out. This course will also review recommendations that may be used to help prevent burnout and employee turnover.
