This course will explore shoulder conditions from anatomy through treatment options. You will learn clinical pearls regarding shoulder diagnosis, imaging and treatment while earning chiropractic continuing education credits! The program begins with an in-depth review of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Next, you will analyze overuse versus traumatic injuries. The program progresses to thoroughly review the clinical evaluation of sports injuries to the shoulder including examination and imaging findings. Next, the program examines appropriate differential diagnosis prior to progressing to the application of office-based treatment options. Finally, you will master patient education tools to instruct in proper recovery and future injury prevention. The program discusses numerous applications of conservative management to the care of the injured athlete.
