Course overview

Firearms - This seminars reviews licenses required to sell firearms at auction, discuss penalties and laws for selling firearms for estates and for consignment auctions as well as how the Federal Firearms Law relates to antique firearms. Class discussions and cases of past situations where the law was not followed will be covered. Estate Auctions - This seminar reintroduces terms used in estate wills and contracts, setting up estate auctions, checking ownership of estates, and the settling of estates with family or lawyers. Instructions on the handling of Household Goods and how household goods are sold at auction.
