Helping Employees with Anxiety and Depression

Course overview

Research presented by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) suggests that millions of Americans, across the country, are suffering from depression and/or anxiety. Therefore, it should be no surprise to health care professionals that their peers and colleagues may be suffering from depression and/or anxiety. The question is, how can health care professionals help their peers and colleagues who may be suffering from depression and/or anxiety? This course answers that very question, while providing insight into depression and anxiety.
