This 12-hour Reiki Level 1 training builds your foundation on energy healing, strengthens your roots, nourishes your soul and begins to water your soul seed to higher living. Reiki is divine love and when you practice self reiki you flood your body, mind and soul with its divine grace. And that is the master reset button to dialing into yourself, digging into the root of your emotions and healing. This course includes several hours of hands-on reiki practice with a partner and individually.
