The TBI Summit is the Brain Injury Association of Ohio's annual educational and community-building event which will be held in person on March 11, 2021. The 2022 Summit theme is Shining A Light on TBI. The program is a broad based study of TBI rehabilitation and recovery through research, clinical practices, psychosocial supports and resources around the state for Ohioans affected by brain injury. To that end, the faculty includes experts form these aforementioned disciplines and includes two outstanding keynote speakers: Tim Berta, TBI survivor and Beth Slomine, Ph.D., ABPP, Co-Director of Center for Brain Injury Recovery at the Kennedy Krieger Institute. The Program will also feature eight didactic lectures on treatment strategies, public health policy, disability rights advocacy, family education, vulnerable populations, community based resources, and research findings.
