Course overview

Rehabilitation clinicians are expected to effectively document a patient's clinical presentation, treatment, and progression to clearly communicate the patient's abilities to the interprofessional team and to justify delivery and reimbursement of services. Through documentation, you must effectively communicate why patients need a skilled therapy intervention, why they need therapy now, how much therapy is needed, or what will happen without therapy.
