Description: Runner's repetitively strain all of the muscles of the lower leg, which not only causes Achilles Tendonitis, but also is the key cause of Plantar Fasciitis. Included is the explanation and treatment for a sprained ankle. This 4-hour session uses osteopathic muscular therapy techniques and covers each muscle of the lower leg in detail with ample time to practice the techniques. All work will be focusing on the treatments for the specific conditions stated, and how to self-treat for your own well-being. Learn to treat the muscles without oil so you can be working at a sporting event, hospital, or any public location.
