This was due in part to new initiatives by the Department of Health and Human Services, which included implementation of the 21st Century Cures Act and the Office for Civil Rights Right of Access Initiative. This webinar will review breaches and fines, both big and small, and offer practical takeaways that you can use to ensure you are in compliance with all existing HIPAA regulations.
