Tracking # 20-843142
Course overview
Chronic Kidney Disease is of high prevalence, increases with age, and is a great burden at end-stage. Patient outcomes are known to be significantly improved with early identification and intervention, but CKD remains underdiagnosed and undertreated. This monograph aims to assist PCPs to overcome barriers and promote early identification, timely referral, and successful co-management of the CKD patient.
