Course overview
This course addresses treatment considerations and the factors underlying revictimized women who present a history of child and adult sexual assault. Learning Objectives: 1. Review the different steps involved in the treatment of PTSD symptoms and patterns of interpersonal functioning. 2. Review the use of interpersonal schema theory to make predictions about the constellation of symptoms expected for revictimized women and to provide an explanation for their behaviors.
