By the end of this course, learners will be able to: Define chronic pain and traditional pharmacological and interventional modalities for chronic pain management, recognize the use of opioids in chronic pain management and contributing factors relating to opioid use disorder, discuss the properties and evidence-based linkage in medical cannabis for pain management, discuss the benefits, side effects, risks and the individuals responsibilities in using medical cannabis.
