Malpractice Litigation: Preparing for Deposition

Course overview
At some point in every physician's career, he or she will be faced with a malpractice claim. During the medical malpractice case, the physician will usually be called upon to give a deposition. At this point, the physician enters a highly adversarial arena where the plaintiff's attorney will be actively seeking to undermine and discredit the physician. This video will serve as a strategic tool to help the physician prepare for the rigors of deposition.
