Burnout: System Responsibilities, Individual Safeguards
Tracking # 20-846992
Course overview
Researchers are finding that healthcare systems changes must accompany--and take precedence over--personal resilience strategies before we will see a drop in the incidence of physician burnout. This activity looks at institutional drivers of burnout and describes organizational initiatives that advance physician well-being. In addition, it offers individual steps physicians can take--in conjunction with organizational action--to foster their own well-being.
