Malpractice Litigation: Preparing for Deposition

Course overview
At some point in most healthcare provider's career, he or she will be faced with a malpractice claim. During the medical malpractice case, the healthcare provider will usually be called upon to give a deposition. At this point, the person enters a highly adversarial arena where the plantiff's attorney will be actively seeking to undermine and discredit the provider. This video will serve as a strategic tool to help healthcare providers prepare for the rigors of deposition.
