Course overview
Muscles from the neck to the hand will cause the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome. This session discusses each muscle that impinges on the median nerve, and why some of the muscles are a primary cause of trigger finger. The session includes instruction on how to self-treat muscles that impact the tendons that cause trigger finger, and are also a part of the CTS treatment protocol.
