Combatting the Growing Opioid Crisis in South Carolina

Course overview

Stemming from the current health crisis and rapidly changing regulations surrounding the prescribing and monitoring of controlled substances, this activity was designed to educate the target audience on current opioid-specific state and federal laws and guidelines, as well as provide the learner with strategies and resources with which to serve their patients in the management of acute and chronic pain while combatting the opioid crisis.
