Tracking # 20-854064
Course overview
More research evidence supports cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) than any other psychological therapy (David et al., 2018). This course provides information to aid clinicians in their applications of core CBT interventions when working with clients. The course explores self-monitoring, Socratic questioning, thought records, behavioral experiments, and exposure therapy. Case examples will be presented and discussed, after which example dialogues will demonstrate skills and key concepts in action. Please visit ce4less.com to learn about our unlimited plans.
