Tracking # 20-854660
Course overview
Emotions rule our daily lives and can be both positive and negative. Children may not always know how to handle their feelings. They may have an emotional or a behavioral disorder. This course will discuss common emotional and behavioral concerns seen in children. It will also discuss how healthcare professionals can help children deal with these emotions. Without accurate recognition of emotional stability, childrens health outcomes are directly impacted and their quality of life is reduced. The goal of this course is to familiarize nursing and social work professionals in home health with common emotional and behavioral disorders in children.
