The goal of this course is to prepare nurses to sit for the Cardiac-Vascular Nursing Board Certification Examination. After taking this course, you should be able to: Recall the scope of nursing, standards of practice, and ethical principles of practice.Discuss and describe the significance of the American College of Cardiology (ACC)/American Heart Association (AHA) clinical practice guidelines and performance measures.Identify essential understanding of care coordination in the acute care setting with cardiovascular patients.
