Internet-Delivered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Major Depression and Anxiety Disorders

Course overview

This article uses qualitative and quantitative evidence to support the use of Internet-delivered cognitive/behavioral therapy to clients for managing the symptoms of both major depressive disorder and anxiety disorders. The authors used clinical evidence, economic evidence, a primary economic evaluation, budget impact analysis, and patient preferences and values to demonstrate the benefits of using online resources to deliver quality cognitive/behavioral treatment for common disorders over more labor-intensive and cost-prohibitive in-person services.
