Course overview
The purpose of this 10-module course is to help prepare nurses to pass the ANCC Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Board Certification Exam. The goal of this module is to provide psychiatric nurses with information about the American Nurses Associations (ANA) Standards of Performance and Practice, the DSM-5, elements of common psychiatric assessment and rating scales, effective interviewing skills, and patient privacy issues that are specific to psychiatric patients and settings.
