Create, safely apply and use Thai-style steamed herbal poultices, also known as herbal balls, as part of a unique and relaxing massage ritual to release tense muscles. Inspired by the traditional Thai massage aromatherapy herbal poultice application Luk Pra Kob, in this course you will learn a step by step recipe to make your own herbal poultices from scratch, as well as how and when to apply the poultice, indications & contraindications, combined with Thai massage on the table techniques.
