Your primary goal as a nursing assistant is to improve the quality of care and the quality of life for the residents under your care. One way to accomplish this is to assist residents with achieving or maintaining their highest level of functional ability through restorative nursing programs. This course discusses what restorative nursing is and how to implement a successful program. It also discusses the documentation requirements for a successful program.
