Course overview
Neurocognitive Disorders - Alzheimer's Disease The purpose of this course is to inform medical, nursing, and allied health professionals, including students and trainees, about neurocognitive disorders and in particular Alzheimers disease (AD). Topics include the definition and diagnostic criteria, prevalence of the disorder, descriptions of the symptoms of AD, the relevant diagnostic tools, and pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments.
