Course overview

This NCBTMB and Florida approved 6 CE credit course is open to all licensed massage therapists. It is a review of professional ethics for massage therapists. This ethics course is the most in depth that you will ever find. After purchase, you will receive a text book (if ordered with text book), exam of 43 questions, answer sheet, course evaluation, return envelope and a course guide which includes all of the directions needed to successfully complete your course. You complete the exam using the answer sheet and fill out the course evaluation form. Use the return envelope to mail the answer sheet and course evaluation back to us for grading. Passing score is 80%, CE credits awarded are 6. This ethics course is AMTA and nationally approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and includes the 2 hour NCBTMB Standard V requirement. This course is Florida and Nebraska approved for 6 continuing education hours. After completing this course the participant will be able to: - Demonstrate proficiency in the practice of ethics and professionalism - Define ethics, boundaries, framework and dual relationships - Have a better understanding of the nuts and bolts of a massage therapy practice - Understand ethics and be able to uphold the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork's standards of practice
