This course provides 1.25 hours of continuing education for professionals, incorporating media-based video lectures and lesson tests in curricular modules. This course includes various skill sets to increase productivity by organizing and maintaining physical and digital workspaces. Course participants learn the rewards of organizing workspace, what a productive workspace looks like, and how to make organization a habit. The course helps learners develop and apply organization skills to declutter schedule and avoid putting off work. Course participants develop an understanding of reasons people procrastinate and the benefits of organizing time. The course develops skills for self-discipline to combat time wasters, as well as how to bring more organization to the day. Additionally, the course addresses maximizing productivity, the benefits of time management, and task value assessment. Participants learn the benefits of setting goals and how productivity ties to the ability to assess time and set priorities. In this course, learners explore how to prepare for trips, plan personal and household tasks, and become more organized as a parent, as well as tips for achieving an effective work/life balance to take care of personal health and well-being.
