Define protein catabolism in PICS and the importance of nutritional support and examine the inferences that we can make from the literature to help combat this disease process 3. Discuss the data obtained from over 400 patients enrolled into the P50 study: biomarkers, functional and quality metrics, resolvins, and nutritional measures NOTE: An annual subscription for Purdue's nutrition support pharmacy re-certification program provides access to both the continuing education component of the program and the "Professional Resources" for practitioners.
