This course builds understanding about different verbal barriers to effective team communication and strategies for overcoming them. This course addresses techniques to improve listening skills when managing teams. Learners develop techniques for building and managing teams, including how to set effective team goals, identify roles, assess team members' competencies, assign roles based on these competencies, and how to give and receive feedback effectively to improve teamwork by strengthening team leadership and collaboration.
