Course overview

The infant formula recall in 2022 contributed to a shortage of infant formula in the U.S. This course will explore the supply chain of formula, the reason for the recall and subsequent shortage, and, the government's response. In addition, treatment of malnourished children who have been fed whole cow milk or homemade formulas will be addressed.
