Hour 2 *Summarize the physiological energy and macronutrient requirements of the sprint/power athlete and game-playing athlete. Identify supplement strategies to support the sprint/power athlete and game-playing athlete. *Summarize the physiological energy and macronutrient requirements of the endurance athlete. *Identify supplement strategies to support the endurance athlete. *Outline an effective whole food diet to support competitive athletes.
