Cupping Basics

Course overview

If you are curious about cupping, this is a brief introduction including indications and contraindications. You will get resources for further study should you decide that you want to incorporate cupping into your practice. Wear lab clothes for working shoulders, back, hips, knees, etc. (e.g., shorts, sports bra, 2-piece bathing suit). If convenient, please bring a table, a set of sheets, 2-4 hand towels, and a bolster &/or pillow. Silicone cups will be provided for class use and available for purchase.
