Course overview
Chronic low back pain is a leading cause of disability worldwide. The principles for the management of this patient demographic will be reviewed in this course leading to the immediate application of the information once the clinician returns to the office. Current research trends in lifestyle, nutrition, flexibility, and stability exercises will be taught with a combination of didactic and hands-on principles. Yellow flags and special considerations in approaching the chronic low back pain patient will also be discussed.
