Need to practice your basic clinical skills? Would a review of the skills be beneficial to you and your work? This course was developed for those providers/helpers with little face-to-face experience. Topics during the course include, verbal and nonverbal communication, considerations in establishing a therapeutic alliance, and professional boundaries.
