This TREC Core course is approved by the TREC, BUT SHOULD ONLY BE USED IF SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED TO BE TAKEN AS A MAKE-UP OR PENALTY COURSE for the 2023 through 2025 licensing period. The TREC has determined that affiliate brokers and more recently licensed brokers who are required to complete continuing education must complete a specific (6) hour "Core" course as part of the required 16 hours of continuing education in order to renew their license.
