Course overview

The webinar workshop will provide the participants with the clinical definition of "trauma" and how it impacts one's mental well-being. This workshop offers psychological education and training in dialectical behavioral techniques, such as the application of mindfulness in stress reduction. The workshop clinical will also address strategies how to identify possible suicide behaviors among coworkers, clients/patients/students and family members and offer existing resources available for these individuals. In closing, the webinar will discuss the long-term impact of the COVID 19 on individuals as a trauma-related condition and offer some effective coping strategies.
