2020 was a year like no other for rehabilitation therapists treating patients with Medicare Part B. Almost overnight therapists and patients were switching to telepractice to deliver therapy. New skills were learned on both sides and opportunities explored. The year ended with the Final Rule 2021 which posed significant decreases in payments, and then, through a series of events, the cuts were decreased, but only for a short time.
