Course overview

In Understanding Lower Extremity Pain and Dysfunction we will focus on the pelvis, knee complex and ankle anatomy (muscles, bones, joints, ligaments and other structures). We will explore orthopedic tests, functional assessment protocols and treatments to address groin pulls, ACL/PCL, MCL/LCL and meniscus tears as well as compartment syndrome, shin splints and plantar fasciitis. Advanced massage techniques will be demonstrated with plenty of time to practice and receive guidance by instructors. If you or your clients experience dysfunctions affecting their knees, ankles and feet this course will better help you develop your skills and help you grow your practice. You will receive a detailed manual for this course.
