Course overview

There are numerous and constant challenges around time, conflict, and overall stress management in healthcare. Healthcare professionals are constantly having to make difficult, timely, and accurate decisions. Having sound critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills can make a substantial positive difference in ones practice and patient safety. This learning activity addresses change, reality shock, time management, conflict management, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills. The goal of this course is to provide information about how to manage challenges and encourage critical thinking and creative problem-solving in preceptorships.
