Course overview

Low Back Pain (LBP) - these three words evoke a myriad of responses in how we treat our patients/clients. Simplify the lumbopelvic complex by learning a step-by-step approach to finding the cause and specific interventions that attack the root. Participants will learn simple and effective manual therapy treatments to combine with exercise including joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization (both manual and instrument assisted), dry needling, and how to skillfully apply pain science education. Youll leave with an examination template and videos (FREE download) of the examination, treatment, and exercise interventions to reference and apply the next day.
