Course overview

Spinal pain is one of the most common diagnoses among patients referred to physical therapy. In this course, you will learn how to safely, effectively, and efficiently prescribe lumbar spine stabilization exercise to increase paraspinal strength and motor control for adult and older adult patients with various lumbar spine dysfunctions. A brief review of indications for a spine stabilization program is included. Proper exercise techniques, recommended intensity, and progression are included with pictures and videos.
