Wound Care: Developing a Plan of Care

Course overview

For an individual with wounds to have appropriate outcomes, they must have a plan of care that addresses all aspects of wound management. This plan of care involves all members of the team, guides wound care interventions, and must be evaluated on a routine basis. This course will discuss the importance of establishing an appropriate goal for wound management as well as the plan of care to reach that goal.
