Practical Ethics

Course overview

This course was designed to be super practical and straight forward. It will cover and review the key tenets of ethics in medical practice, those forming the foundation of all the others. This will include the actual Codes of Ethics in our practice. Then a number of actual issues and problematic situations that have occurred in actual practice will be explained, providing ways to handle and learn from them. This will include common ones as well as some more unusual ones. This course will provide NCCAOM requirement for ongoing training in Ethics necessary at each NCCAOM renewal.
