Course overview

LPNs are required 18 contact hours every two years, 3 of which must be in HIV/AIDS and are required to complete 2 hours of instruction in cultural competency focusing on patients who identify as LGBTQ. RNs are required 24 contact hours every two years, 3 of which must be in HIV/AIDS and are required to complete 2 hours of instruction in cultural competency focusing on patients who identify as LGBTQ. APRNs are required 24 contact hours every two years, 15 of which must be in pharmacology, 3 hours must be in HIV/AIDS and 2 hours of instruction in cultural competency focusing on patients who identify as LGBTQ.
