Florida Training Academy's Train the CNA Exam Prep Trainer course has been designed for those who want to become successful CNA Exam Prep Instructors. Topics include how to establish a Nurse Aide training program, principles of adult learning, and the CNA certification process. Audience: Nurses (ex: LPN, RN, ARNP) who want to provide compassionate and competent training to future Certified Nursing Assistants. While LPNs can take the Train the Trainer course and assist an RN with classes, according to Florida Statutes 464.003 only RNs can train Certified Nursing Assistants.
