Course overview
The Certified Case Manager (CCM) is required to demonstrate competency in the domain of psychosocial concepts of client management which includes knowledge relative to clients social networks, support systems, advocacy, engagement in their health, adherence to their healthcare regimen, self-care ability, and social determinants of health and how these affect a clients plan of care. The goal of this course is to review the knowledge domains and subdomains specific to the Psychosocial Concepts and Support Systems components included as part of the Certified Case Manager examination. This course is not affiliated with the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC).
