This course focuses on the reporting aspect of the appraisal process involving the communication of the appraisal to the client. This 15-hour course complies with the standards set forth by The Appraisal Foundation's core curriculum requirements. The lessons in this course highlight the importance of good writing skills and also the need for both sufficiency and clarity of discussion within appraisal reports.
