Course overview

Chai Hu formulas are among the most relevant prescriptions for the twenty-first century to be found in the Chinese medicine pharmacopeia. In this course, we will investigate the Chai Hu mechanism of action from a Classical perspective, as well as how to adapt it based on Bian Zheng Lun Zhi and the evolving complex pattern presentations that frequently occur in half-exterior and half-interior syndromes. This course will present clinical pearls on prescriptive knowledge drawn straight from the Shang Han Za Bing Lun and other relevant works.
