INTEGRATED RESTORATION TECHNIQUES: SACRAL, CERVICAL AND CRANIAL MOBILIZATION

Course overview

Integrated Restoration Technique is a comprehensive approach toward treatment of soft tissue pain, dysfunction and sport performance utilizing the following: Structural assessment, Structural alignment, Myofasical Mobilization, Muscle Energy Technique and Russian medical massage. In this workshop we will be assessing, balancing and correcting the cervical spine, the sacrum and the cranial vault. The is more than a cranial/sacral class. The class will be utilizing a combination of muscle energy, joint mobilization and myofascial release. You'll learn how to assess and apply specific corrective techniques for both the sacrum and cervical spine. You'll also learn cranial vault mobilization techniques that help normalize the tone of the intracranial fascia. By correcting mal-alignments we can begin to help alleviate a variety of complaints, such as headaches, TMJ dysfunction, visual, audial, low back, shoulder and neck pain issues. This class is laid out step by step. It is easy to learn. It is too easy not to do. This is not a chiropractic course. This is a hands on class. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and shorts as we will be both assessing and correcting the Cervical, Sacrum and Cranial areas. All of Ira's classes come with a 50 page workbook.
