Course overview

The aerodynamic position used by cyclists severely contracts the psoas and iliacus muscles, which also shortens the rectus femoris and quadratus lumborum. This two-hour course discusses the cause of their low back pain & sciatica symptoms, shows you how to treat each muscle while the client is fully dressed, and also explains how to do self-treatments so cyclists can relieve the pain when they are "on the road" and many miles from your office.
